“Despite my initial package arriving promptly, 3 plates were damaged. I sent an email, that was replied to within an hour, apologising, and 3 replacements were sent by special delivery and received the next day. Due to the efficency I then went on and order some acrylic wine glasses....excellant,good quality and brillant delivery. I will be happy to deal with this company again !”
