Hi Shaun, I'm sorry you've not been able to locate your order yet. I can't see any contact from you prior to this review to let us know you've not received it yet. I'm sure you're aware of all the chaos caused by the Royal mail strikes. Checking the tracking details on your order shows this as delivered on the 5th December. “Disappointing very small, no customisation on the diary to match the box for the extra cost. It was all a bit confusing and for the money on arrival it seemed a lot for what you actually got. 10th anniversary gift sadly gone wrong”

“Haven’t actually used it yet (it’s a Christmas gift) so can’t comment on the date suggestions but I have a good feeling about it. Service, packaging, personalisation, envelopes inside etc. are all first class … and I LOVE this concept.”

“These boxes have been ordered as gifts, but the service from start to finish has been amazing, prompt ordering, prompt delivery! They even look amazing!
