“Ordered some shingle to be delivered at back of property and driver decided they couldn’t get round. Yet had things delivered from this company before and had no problem. Plus we get bin lorries round there with no issues. Called to complain and was basically told if driver said he can’t get round then he can’t get round. Had refund. Upside was I got some smaller bags somewhere else didn’t need as much as first thought so saved money.”

“I booked and paid for my delivery for the 13th and none of my materials have arrived. I called AWBS Swindon / they have my order information but couldn’t tell me why my delivery never came. My Gardner was due to start the next day. Massively unimpressed”

“Very good quality veg growing soil , nicely screened yet again. The fourth I've bought from AWBS not including the extra dumpy bag of 40mm cotswold stone which has become a great product to use around my 2 large raised beds . It is certainly worth your while purchasing from AWBS , they sell z very high quality of products and delivery is prompt within a couple of days of receiving the when we're next in your area email. I still have much to do in my garden so I will definitely be placing more soil and stone within the next few weeks . Jason Martin SN8 area postcode”

“All good apart from commutation when delivery was happening I was not told that the driver could not carry fencing on his own so as my neighbour was in for my delivery she was made to carry the panels .. she is 70 plus with heart problems. So driver should of had a drivers mate with him . Delivery was a 5 minute drive from yard .”
