“Great service except the communication was lacking. The bag of sand was delivered the same day and placed brilliantly by the driver, but without warning. An automated email suggested I would get it within 48hrs, but nothing about it being despatched or delivered in time for me to be able to take advantage of the fast delivery.”

“Whilst the products were as expected I wasn't impressed that AWBS delivered our order with no notice at a time where I wasn't home. This then meant that the materials were left in our front garden and I had to move everything myself - not ideal when with such heavy stuff and we'd spent so much on delivery.”
