“My order was delivered promptly and the driver was very accommodating, I asked to have my order placed on my drive way as I have a disability and it would be easier for me if it was closer to my house. The driver kindly waited whilst a neighbour moved their car so my order could be put where I wanted. Very good firm excellent service would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered Tafs 6ft x 5ft fence panels (inc free 'suitable' fence posts) and gravel boards. I expected to receive 8ft posts (as I did a few years ago with the 5ft panels) but only got 7ft. Was told by AWBS that people don't normally fit gravel boards with fence panels and as the 7ft posts were free, I would have to buy the 8ft posts separately! I said, surely I can just pay the difference between a 8ft and 7ft, but told NO - to me this was totally unreasonable so had to buy the 8ft posts separately. Also the original order arrived a day late with the fence posts missing. Poor service all round.”

“Simple to order, arrived quickly, good quality I was really impressed, would order again. the only thing I would say was I had to call to find out when the slabs were being delivered, they had already booked it etc but as you don’t need to be there for delivery they hadn’t told me when and I like to know these things plus it does say they would let you know”
