“Locking wheel nut key did not fit my original locking nuts. Waste of £40”

Hi Tom, the locking wheel nut key in the set you purchased is only suitable for the locking nuts in that particular set. It is highly unlikely that the same key would fit the wheel nuts on your own car unfortunately (there are a total of 26 combinations). Just like the key for a car, they are all cut in a unique way so that you can't just use any key from any random set to remove the nuts. Anything otherwise would be a security risk. If you have lost your original locking wheel key and need the locking wheel nuts removing then we offer a removal service free of charge using our Master set for any previous customer at our warehouse in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. “Thank you! I received the part as promised. The part was fitted but was faulty. It was a fuel pump for my jaguar stype r. Pump worked perfectly but the fuel gauge is not registering. Once it was fitted the garage refused to take it out as it would take time for it to be replaced. I am now driving the car and topping up every few days so I don't run out. As far as your service goes, I cannot fault the ordering process and delivery.”

“I have been a regular customer for a few years now but there seems to be a recent change with Auto Reserve. Whenever I bought a part earlier, I always received an email acknowledging receipt of payment and tracking details. All that has stopped. Auto Reserve does not respond to emails anymore. The system also doesn't respond to requests for reseting passwords to log into my account. Extremely disappointed : (”

“Delivery was received very quickly. However, one of the internal parts was broken and separated. Although the round part inside the CD changer arrived broken, it was eventually repaired to be compatible with the existing part.”

“The connector is not the same of mine so I can’t collegate the photocromatic element and the plastic around the fixing pin is broken so the metal ring can’t block it well and with moderate power the mirror can fall.”

Hi Baiocchi, The issue is almost certain to be that the car is using a later generation of windscreen which has a different connector, and therefore it requires the later generation of rear view mirror also. “The last item I bought was just an expansion tank cap as I remember for £ 3.82. Just confused as to how a small second hand item has two amounts of tax on it. I was going to contact you about it but as it was only a small item I didn't bother. But since you ask!”

Hi Robert, Thank you for letting us know about your concern. As you are based in the UK where the VAT rate is 20% currently, the invoice you received shows the tax (VAT) collected on the item and postage combined (item £3.82 and postage £3.99), in this case the tax you paid being a total of £1.56. “Well not great to be honest. However I don't think it was deliberate. Part arrived in good time and was well packaged but the rail had a sharp dent. I have decided not to use it because its a medium/high pressure fuel rail. The part was inexpensive but given the quality of the packaging, the dirt around the damage and the fact that no signs of damage were evident in the packaging I believe thedent was present when it was shipped.”
