“I recently purchased this 6 disc changer and the cartridge for my XJ40 3.2 Sport and couldn't be happier with these items as they were as described and work perfectly. The prompt despatch, excellent packaging and speedy delivery to Queensland Australia is very much appreciated. However, a further enquiry by email was not responded to which is a bit disappointing.”

“Excellent service can’t fault them needed a rear bumper beam to replace a towbar set up. I was called and informed they were breaking 3 cars so would let me know if a good one was available as they didn’t have one in stock. 8am next morning a call from customer services to say they had a good one. Great value & brilliant service a go to fo any Jag spares.”

“First time I used these as I seen some advertised part online. The process was simple and very easy to order. Delivery is as promised and quick. However, they was a mixup.. the first time I got sent the wrong side, the second time I got sent the wrong colour. I probably should give a 1 star you maybe thinking, but the each time I called them, they were very polite and had good customer service skills, they even refunded me the full amount and allowed me to keep the Bonnet Hinge (which u had to paint Black). The first one they sent a return label which I sent back. Would I come back... most definitely just because of they way they treat you with good manners and talk to you like a human.”
