“Good service from Auto Reserve spoiled by the French postal system sending the parcel to goodness knows where in France, certainly not my address and then having to reroute it to the correct address taking more than two weeks after the parcel arrived in France and was cleared by French customs. Happens all the time here. Just glad it finally arrived as there have been occasions where it disapeared without trace.”
