“The part arrived and was in good condition and was packaged well. Would deal with the company again. This was an international shipment and shipping time was as expected. As a bonus, I received eight pages of the "Derby Telegraph" cleverly disguised as packing material. Life is good.”

“What a fantastic company to deal with! Super-speedy delivery of parts and great help from Andy and the guys there when help was needed. When I visited them to discuss one issue with a failed window drop, they even stripped a door for me so I could take an instruction video on how to replace the parts myself. Even when I returned one of the parts not needed, the refund granted was made very quickly. Now, that is what I call service and I would have no hesitation in using Auto Reserve again in the future. Thank you”
