“INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM ORDERED AN ITEM THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED TIMELY BUT THEN GOT STUCK IN CUSTOMS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE, YOU HAVE TO GO AND PAY AGAIN. THE AMOUNT WAS MUCH HIGHER THEN THE COST OF THE ITEM SO DID NOT PAY AND THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE. HORRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, BASICALLY WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING ONLINE YOU EXPECT IT TO ARRIVE WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE, IN MY EXPERIENCE IT ARRIVED INTO A CUSTOMS FACILITY AND THEN I HAD TO PAY AND WHEN I REFUSED THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE”

The buyers review is quite misleading, so we would like to address the issue. The buyer purchased the goods online and we shipped directly to the buyers shipping address in Saudi Arabia. When the Airmail parcel entered the country and reached Customs the buyer did not wish to pay import duty (the buyer believed that we had addressed the parcel to Customs instead of their own address). We wrote to the buyer stating that, as they are refusing to accept the goods, we will reimburse the item cost when the parcel is returned to sender as unclaimed. At no point have we refused to assist the buyer, and have written to the buyer numerous times with advice on standard import practise when buying goods online from outside their own country.
