I have started to repair a 99 XKR for months, and I have already ordered some parts that are damaged in this car. Everything has been delivered without any problem except for one glass mirror purchased some months ago. I was very disappointed with the part I received. The mirror was full of scratches. I do not live in the UK and for me it's not easy to send it back since the UK is not part of the EU. I do not understand how Autoreserve could send the part without previous quality control. I'll try to polish the glass to solve the problem.

I purchased 4 back-light bulbs T 4 type fitted 2 only 1 worked, stripped out again replaced faulty bulb that bulb was also faulty finally got 2 out of 4 working. 2 days later one packed up so back where I started. I should have just got new bulbs not second hand.

Hi Graham, We are sorry that you have had trouble. These bulbs are used but each and every one is individually checked by us prior to dispatch - you will see a mark of paint on the base of every bulb supplied that indicates our staff have tested that it illuminates. It is the first time we have had a problem reported in many hundreds sold, so it may be possible that either they have been knocked in transit or the copper contact surface on the PCB of your heater panel needs a little rubbing to ensure good contact? We are happy to send you a full set of replacement bulbs but if you could just check the contact surface first we would be very grateful indeed. Thank you, Andy Auto Reserve Customer Service

The item was sent quickly, however it turned up broken. There was a small hole in the side of the box caused by one of the mounting screws being forced through it. Although the mounting screw was not broken part of the plastic structure was. I did not ask for a replacement item due to time constraints, and that I managed to repair it. Products I have received previously have been delivered fast and of good quality.

Hi The shipping and quality of part was good, but got the wrong OEM number.. I ordered LJA1970AB and got LJA1970AC.

Hi Eric, The part number we have supplied is simply a superceding / newer equivalent of the same part. It will be a direct fit for your vehicle. Kind regards, Andy

Overall, packing is not satisfactory. The package cannot stand the weight of the pump module. The ABS pump and module is not working. Fortunately, I bought extra module as spare part. So I can replace it here in Hong Kong. The casing of the steering wheel radio control was broken. The quality of the key ring tag is not satisfactory.

These Wheel centres were for an XF. They were to small and after jacking the car up and taking the wheels off I had wrap loads of PTF tape round them to stop them flopping around in the centres. They were supposed to be for an XK. I am not happy as I am sure its only a matter of time before they fall out.

Nice to find second hand parts to reasanoble price. Very quick delivery. Only the Rear Trunk Third Brake Tail was not as expected; the medium fixing was missing!

I received the part put it doesn’t fit, the part is of a Ford and not what I was expecting. I know they are all the same but the part doesn’t fit. The wire is too short to coincide with the part needed for my jag. Couldn’t return because opened it expected it to for. Real disappointed.

Hi, l am really sorry but the grlle had a large scratch and was not British racing green metallic, so for that reason I cannot give a good review and l don't think it will make much difference to your business.

I think you may actually require "Jaguar Racing Green" if your paint is metallic. The one you ordered is "British Racing Green" which is a solid green (not metallic). Very friendly and pleasant telephone contact. Searching the website is a little awkward and time consuming. The ordered product did not match our expectations as the leather had been given a very glossy surface treatment. The leather did therefore not at all match the original leather in our XK8. This difference was not possible to identify from the website. The product has been returned for refund as per agreement. Regards// Gunnar Alberts
