“Really lucky to find your company. I was impressed at how quickly the part arrived. Living in Germany with an old Jag, I find parts difficult to source and if I do find them they are expensive. Due to Brexs--t I am now faced with import costs and delayed deliveries but even with this you guys were cheaper and the delivery was pretty swift. Thanks.”

“Part is finally received correctly (Shipment #000120055 for Order #000128162 of May 18, UPS Tracking Number 1ZAB06216805020788) on June 2nd. Shipment to Germany was handled by Parcel2Go, Order Reference: P2G115172128. Although Shipping and Handling had been included in the paid invoice, another 31 EUR was due in cash on final delivery by UPS. As the UPS deliverer was unable to explain the reason for the extra costs I called UPS and got a general remark about customs and handling fares, referring to some extra invoice about this to be sent within 14 days. To receive the ordered part I paid cash to the UPS man, but no receipt was possible nor payment by Credit Card. It looked like a fraud. No invoice has been received yet. In the future, I recommend better information about Shipping procedures and/or different handling services. Thank you, Sincerely, Dr. Manfred P. Hentschel”

“I ordered a part which was delivered very quickly. The part was incorrect which was entirely my fault. After contacting Auto reserve by phone a replacement was sent very promptly and the incorrect part was returned for a credit . Great service”
