“I had a hard time finding a plastic interior piece (rear seat belt escutcheon) for my 1999 Jaguar XJ-8. Looked everywhere and found 3 of them at Auto Reserve. The price was reasonable and the shipping to the US was also very reasonable. Excellent communication and fast shipping to Texas.”

“Nice and clean used part received in Norway after 17 days. Quick handling by Auto Reserve Ltd and by Royal Mail; thumbs up. Norwegian Custom Services and Norwegian Mail used more than two weeks to handle/deliver; it's a disgrace.”

“The purchase process was excellent, easy and clear and the part was despatched almost immediately, well done! That it took 5 weeks in the customs clearance in Finland is in no way due to Auto Reserve, but due to the complications and a system error in the Finnish Post. All this thanks to the Brexit, what a stupid decision that was!”
