“I initially emailed just to inquire that I was purchasing the correct part and how parts are tested before sending. I was very happy with the response I got and this definitely helped with my final decision to purchase. I received my item by recorded delivery so I could track it's progress and it was delivered at the time / date originally stated so was very pleased with this.”
