“This is the first time I have used AutoeBid. Karen explained the process and provided the best quote and the dealer was also great. I was sceptical: would I be expected to pay for the service? Would the car be somehow not a UK model? No and no. Delivery was a long time (not their fault!) but I was told about this from the outset and AutoeBid kept in touch over the months. Really impressed and grateful.”

“I recently took delivery of a new Citroen Berlingo MPV ordered through AutoeBid. The vehicle was delivered to me on the date and time agreed, the driver was very friendly and helpful and demonstrated the controls and equipment on the vehicle. Although there was a long waiting time from the factory due to a shortage of necessary parts (covid related) AutoeBid always kept me up to date with any delays. Very satisfied with the service and price, and would use again without reservation.”
