“Like other reviewers, I was a little nervous about placing an order for a new Puma given the substantial amount of money involved. A little research through Trustpilot and searches with Companies House assured me that Karen and Gary were working in companies that had a decent track record. I saved around £2500 compared with going to a Ford dealer who were very much take it or leave it and offering no discounts and poor trade-in value. Delivery was promised in 5-6 months from order which was the same as Ford dealers. I used Cazoo to sell my car and probably wouldn't look anywhere else to do that again. Despite a cock-up by Gary given a delivery date and the car not turning up which did nothing to ease my blood pressure I am delighted with the new car and would certainly use this method again.”

“I used AutoeBid to purchase an Audi A3 and found the whole experience very professional and efficient. I received a very good discount on the list price and despite an extended wait for delivery due to production delays at Audi, Karen at AutoeBid kept me regularly updated with unprompted messages regarding the progress of my car. I elected to collect my car from the Audi dealer and the whole process was very smooth and easy.”

“Very straightforward and easy to use interface. I bought a VW Transporter and their website was much easier to use than the actual VW one! I ended up saving around £7000. I used the quote to see if my local dealer could match and they couldn't get anywhere near! Karen kept me updated throughout the process and was very quick to engage with the dealer when I had any questions. Will certainly use again.”

“Really straightforward sales process. Submitted the spec of the car I wanted. The next day, I got a call from their Audi partner to confirm the specification and the autoebid price followed by a customer order form to sign and that was it. No spending hours trying to extract a discount out of an Audi business Manager and fending off the sale of insurances and finance I did not want. Very pleased with the car when it came. Will be buying my next car from them in the future.”

“Ordered a Citroen C5 aircross FROM Autoebid, saved over £6,000 and worked out less than the second hand ones coming back on the market. Karen kept in touch during throughout. Got my car yesterday and so happy with it and how smooth and easy the whole process was. Will definitely come back when it's time for my next car!”

“Offered a massive discount from the dealer of a full tank of diesel, thought about it for a nano second and decided to take the nearly £6000 discount offered from Autoebid! Got a new car for less than the dealers were selling second hand models! Completely straightforward and Karen from Autoebid couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I found the Autoebid website simple to use. It gave you the option to look at purchase options eg PCP or direct purchase outright. Easy selection of brands, model types and trim as well as the ability to add factory extras. It quickly came back with savings available. Obviously, there were variable % savings to be made depending on the brand, model and trim but I was able to save over £2k on my SE L Karoq. It made my decision to go new rather than a nearly new second-hand purchase. Regular e-mails and/or calls (without being intrusive) from Karen (my contact) to keep you up to date on the progress of the purchase. I would definitely look to use it again for my next car.”

“We couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Karen at AutoeBid. The savings that we made, no dealer could have matched at the time and even when the vehicle that we ordered was delayed due to Covid, Karen constantly updated us on the progress.
