“Fast dispatch at great price's, my only complaint is that when the part's are delivered they are left outside in the rain and not put inside my porch! Very annoying! If you can improve this great!”

“Delivery was fine, item arrived fin with no damage, problem is your temp sensor on the Corsa E radiator has a different sized connector, this caused delay and is a well known issue with your radiators for the corsa E , why ?”

sorry you had issue with the condenser. I dont have full details of what the vehicle is but for the corsa E 2014-2019 1 litre there are 2 different condensers. It may be you chose the wrong one without first checking which is correct? Main difference being that temp sensor connection. We have not as far as I can see had any issues with this unit as none have been returned. Your unit is covered by our 3 year warranty so any issues please let us know and we can look into the issue and try get it resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Sorry you found delivery expensive but it is fixed at £9 for anything less that total spend of £78 as DPD will not collect and deliver next day for less. You are able however to decline purchase of the items in question when ordering as we clearly display the shipping cost before payment is made if you find it too expensive. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

“Parts were ok but postage was a joke £9 next day delivery no other cheaper options for a package that weighed 0.1 gram contained 5 valve caps.Could have been sent in an envelope and I didn't even get it next day despite ordering before midday.”

Unfortunately all our shipping prices are clearly displayed before you go to order, and on the shipping page of the website, where all our shipping charges are fixed despite how many items you order, so if its 5 valve caps or 5 6kg compressors its still £9 delivery but the charges are clearly displayed before payment should you decide not to proceed with the order. We are unable to send items by an envelope in the post as requested because DPD collect all orders at the end of each day, regardless of size or quantity so popping to the post office for an envelope I'm afraid is not a viable solution.

“The part came really quickly, which was great, but despite being labelled with the exact car I own (found via my number plate), the wire/socket that connects the compressor to my car was different from the one that had broken. It was only salvageable because my mechanic was willing to cut it off and solder the old one into place. Which thankfully worked! So it worked out ok in the end, but I don't think the label on the part was correct.”

“Package was damaged and pipes were bent, had to realign them hopfully it wont leak fingers crossed packaging could have done with bubble wrap to add protection, this may of helped prevent bent pipes”

Receipts are emailed to you at the time of order, to your email address you supply. We do not send paper receipts as mentioned in your email. Please check your spam folder

“Parts dispatched promptly but no tracking information supplied. Pattern parts had no brand name. Condenser fit and finish is poor and not a good fit in the car due to accuracy in manufacture. One compressor mount had to be modified by drilling slightly as it didn't match a locating pin in the car. Time will tell how long it will all last. However it was all decent value so I suppose you take your chances to some degree.”

“Quick delivery. But I rang to ask was part suitable and was told yes it was the right part, the garage who fitted it said it was not correct part and pipes could not be connected back onto the air con compressor, so not very happy with advice!”

“Feeling slightly miffed, ordered items on a Friday morning & paid for next working day delivery. Items arrived on Monday morning, I wish I'd known they wasn't going to arrive on Saturday the next working day for me!”

We do explain it is next working day delivery if ordered before 4:30pm. We do not deliver weekends as detailed on our shipping page. Maybe we need to be clearer in next working day means Monday to Friday. Sorry for any inconvenience caused as you will see 99% of orders are indeed delivered next working day.

“Great to do business with these people goods arrived the following day and I was impressed with the parts. However, fitting them was not so easy and I had to modify the mounts to get the unit to fit and to br honest I was not totally happy with my job, but I needed the car. Would I use them again, yes I would.”

“My part has not arrived yet despite ordering it on Saturday, there may have been a mix up but I was told it would be here today and if I didn't want it not to sign for it even though in further correspondence on Sunday I confirmed I did indeed need it but its a no show”

“first order apparently went missing, I lost a days work as my vehicle was booked in. attempt the item arrived so I now booked one more day off and re booked the vehicle in. no contact from this company to let me know what was happening, I had to keep chasing. PRICE WAS GOOD, CUSTOMER SERVICE HIT AND MISS”

Sorry to hear you had an issue with one of our units. If you had called us on receipt of the unit we could have sent replacement out for next day delivery. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction but we can't help if we don't know about any problems. Best Regards.
