“Purchase and delivery of parts was good. However, was recommended via Simon on the chat to buy an expansion valve in addition to an aircon compressor. After a long struggle the garage couldn't fit the expansion valve, there was a slight mis-match in sizing - they put back the old part. They said it wasn't necessary anyway. This is frustrating as I had to pay labour costs (£60) for a part that wouldn't fit, as well as return postage to yourselves for a refund. Not best happy. I suppose it's the risk you take of ordering parts online, but was forced to by my car warranty provider.”

“I contacted 3 different Auto parts stores. The first store I contacted, the agent was very unhelpful and seemed unable to verify the correct part I needed. The second took my name and number and said he would get back to me. He did not. The AutoAirConParts agent was polite, knowledgable and efficient. He promptly verified the part I needed so I was able to order it over the internet. He stated that the part would take a maximum of 72 hours to reach France. I Ordered the part on Friday mid afternoon. Within an hour I received notification that the part had been shipped. Although Monday was a French National holiday, I received the part before noon on Tuesday. From initial contact with the company until receipt of merchandise all was seamless. Finally, the price of the aircon compressor was significantly less than the two other firms. I highly recommend this company, they are a fine example of how business and customer service should be.”
