“Could not believe how quickly the new condenser came because I placed my order after 2PM and it was delivered before 11am”

“Poor. Ordered an air con condenser for my car on next day delivery. After two days hadn't recieved it. I emailed to enquire if it was on its way. I recieved an email from PayPal to advise that I'd been refunded the full amount but recieved no communication at all from the company to explain why.”

We emailed you on the day you placed your order to let you know we had sold out of the condenser you ordered. Hence the refund as we did not have any stock due soon. Assume the email went into your spam folder. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
