“Delivery was fine, item arrived fin with no damage, problem is your temp sensor on the Corsa E radiator has a different sized connector, this caused delay and is a well known issue with your radiators for the corsa E , why ?”

sorry you had issue with the condenser. I dont have full details of what the vehicle is but for the corsa E 2014-2019 1 litre there are 2 different condensers. It may be you chose the wrong one without first checking which is correct? Main difference being that temp sensor connection. We have not as far as I can see had any issues with this unit as none have been returned. Your unit is covered by our 3 year warranty so any issues please let us know and we can look into the issue and try get it resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“Part was correct and more importantly worked as good as an OE one Super cheap and excellent service, ordered on a Saturday when they were closed and was at my door by 11am Tuesday morning!”

Sorry you found delivery expensive but it is fixed at £9 for anything less that total spend of £78 as DPD will not collect and deliver next day for less. You are able however to decline purchase of the items in question when ordering as we clearly display the shipping cost before payment is made if you find it too expensive. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

“Excellent, straightforward service. I know very little about cars but was advised by mechanic to source my own compressor (to get it cheaper than they maybe could). I used existing part number to find it and this AutoAirConParts was the cheapest, for a good quality compressor and massively cheaper than the garage sourcing one for me. Add in free next day delivery and it just topped it all off.”

“ORDERED A CONDENSER, ACCUMULATOR AND A ADVISED A SEAL KIT - NONE OF THE SEALS FITTED EITHER AND THERE WERE ONLY ONE OF EACH SIZE! BOTH PARTS HAVE TWO SAME SIZE FITTING SO THE SEAL KIT WAS A WASTE OF £7.00 - MADE A HALF DAY JOB A TWO DAY JOB SEARCHING FOR CORRECT SEALS ONCE THE VAN WAS IN BITS! VERY DISAPPOINTING. ALSO HAD TO BEND BOTH THE FITTING TABS AND THE PIPE CONNECTORS TO FIT THE VEHICLE AS THEY WERE NOWHERE NEAR WHERE THEY NEEEDE TO BE.”
