“The company states that standard delivery will be "next working day". The mistake that I made was to believe this. It took three working days, and delayed the repair of my car by a week.”

99% of orders are delivered next day as advertised, but sometimes the couriers let us down, as on this occasion. And we did compensate the customer for late delivery.

“Good contact by phone from France before ordering online, i was given precise info. Order went through well, site easy to use. Excellent free next day delivery for orders over £40. It was being delivered to an elderly friend in Hampshire and i asked exactly when it would be delivered .... A reply came back : tomorrow between 8am & 6pm .... Ok. My friend received a text message from Dave the driver the next morning telling him that he would deliver between 1pm & 2 pm ! He delivered exactly on time. I thought that was very good indeed. An excellent service. Many thanks Peter Frost. Amiens, France.”

“AutoAirConParts have proved to be as great as other reviews have said. Their price for the part we wanted was considerably cheaper than our local garage could have obtained elsewhere, and their service was second-to-none: ordered on a Friday, and received Monday morning. The unit has been fitted, and all now works perfectly (just as the weather has turned cooler, but there's always next year!). Very happy to recommend this company to all.”
