“Price very competitive, delivery very good. Only problem was damaged packaging as reported to your office. Cannot fit your unit to car yet due to unforeseen problem, so wont know for some days if unit is ok. Hope it is !”

“1. The website doesn't give much detail about the products in which I was interested, e.g. "Can of cleaning fluid for condensers". What about brand, type of contents, volume, etc? 2. My telephone enquiry was answered quickly and satisfactorily. 3. DPD are an excellent choice of courier due to their one hour delivery slot and the option to change this to suit the customer's needs.”

“I am not a mechanic and know nothing of how things work under the bonnet, but I knew what I needed and found the required part very quickly and easily on the website; ordering was a doddle and the part arrived almost before I switched the computer off - not literally, but it arrived very quickly, especially considering we live in the far south west. Delivery was free too, which was a bonus.”
