“Web site is good, parts catalog is also good, however when I submitted an online query on Splice-Lok parts I needed to make an AC line repair I never got a reply. I later rang to get advice on Splice-Lok products and was told that you did not supply a connector of that type, I took a chance and placed an order and is was the right part which I had been told you did not do. Postage cost also seemed quite high for one fitting.. everyone I spoke to was pleasant but the whole process could have been so much easier..”

“Fantastic and professional service from Lee and Abi. Lee found the fault quickly and showed me the leak from the condenser. He advised me what and how to order the replacement part. This was changed and the AC is nice and super cold. Definitely recommend these guys and much cheaper than main dealers.”
