“Great call back service and helpful advice. Part turned up unexpectedly quickly. I had purchased an original part, a huge saving from Audi's quote. “The Air Con Condenser arrived in good time, well packaged, but the set of seals I had also ordered were not in the box. A quick phone call had them on their way and they arrived the next day. All are installed and seem to be working just fine.”
