“I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF ORDERING AND THE FAST DELIVERY SERVICE I RECEIVED , BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR MY PAYMENT EITHER BY E-MAIL OR WITHIN THE BOX THE PART WAS DELIVERED IN . THEREFORE I HAVE NO PAPERWORK TO FACILITATE ANY WARRANTY OR RECOMPENCE IF ANY PROBLEM WITH IT BEING THE INCORRECT PART WHEN FITTING , OR ANY PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE ARISE WITH QUALITY UNDER WARRANTY ? .”

Your invoice and receipt will have been automatically emailed to you as soon as you completed your order, assuming the email address was entered correctly of course. If you are unable to find it let me know and I'll send another. We do not send paper copies of orders to try and cut down on waste.

“Compressor was all ok. Quick delivery the only bad point is there are no O rings supplied with it for the pipes. Just means you have to keep stock of these or order them when you order AC components.”

“The online ordering process was easy and delivery Megafast. Only criticism I have is that the small plastic parts purchased could have easily fitted into a small Jiffy bag instead of a cardboard box with 99% of the space filled with packaging material. The parts enclosed (Plastic screw caps) were not fragile or delicate. Apart from the above point I am pleased with my purchase and would definately use the Company again.”

“I have already replied ,however in my first reply I forgot to mention the price was also excellent at £154.40 and delivered by the next morning ,if I need other parts for my 16 years old Seat ,I will have no need to look for another source I will be in touch with autoparts”

“Delivery , excellent . Product well protected and exactly what was ordered . However, My only criticism is that the radiator should be supplied with the appropriate O rings . which really defeats the point of such a quick service , when you have got to waste time trying to locate the correct seals .”

“Super fast delivery. O rings supplied with condenser. Just had the ai rcon system re-gassed.Temperature inside the car is 3 degrees outside is 25 degrees.”
