“I needed to replace a condenser that was no longer available. A universal type was the only option. Item found quickly on the web site and ordered. I phoned the following morning to check on the expected delivery which confirmed dispatch and the condenser arrived later that morning. Excellent service, very pleased indeed, thank you.”

“Parts were ok but postage was a joke £9 next day delivery no other cheaper options for a package that weighed 0.1 gram contained 5 valve caps.Could have been sent in an envelope and I didn't even get it next day despite ordering before midday.”

Unfortunately all our shipping prices are clearly displayed before you go to order, and on the shipping page of the website, where all our shipping charges are fixed despite how many items you order, so if its 5 valve caps or 5 6kg compressors its still £9 delivery but the charges are clearly displayed before payment should you decide not to proceed with the order. We are unable to send items by an envelope in the post as requested because DPD collect all orders at the end of each day, regardless of size or quantity so popping to the post office for an envelope I'm afraid is not a viable solution.

“The electrical radiator fan which I ordered did not fit my Peugeot 206. It was rceived back, fully funded, with the original postage costs. I paid the returning postage. The company acted in a very professional manner.”

“The new ac compressor was received quickly and well priced. I then found out for the warranty I needed to replace the condenser drier unit. That was done at an extra £140. After completion it asks on the warranty document whether the expansion valve was renewed, not mentioned in other docs. Does that mean my warranty is void before it started.”

Thank you for the review, it's very much appreciated. We ask for warranty purposes that the drier is changed, system is flushed (to remove any debris from old compressor) and expansion valve is at least checked its clean, or replaced if it's blocked. Full details are on the website and on your order and invoice. IF you feel like reading up on why we ask for those things to be done then again all the info is online, on our 'downloads' section. We ask the same requirements as all other compressor vendors, basically to ensure the compressor is fitted to a clean system, with the correct amount of oil etc to ensure the compressor can work to its capacity. “Firstly, the ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was super quick and the product beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, after fitting to my car I realised the part delivered was not what I expected when I ordered. However, I am leaving this 5-star review because the way the issue was dealt with was exemplary. Simon Parker contacted me immediately I raised my concerns and arranged a refund really quickly. The communication was friendly and efficient. For these reasons I would be very happy to use this company again and have no hesitation in giving AutoAirConParts a wholehearted recommendation.”

“Always dubious of websites these days, wasn't 100% sold on this website to start off, seems like everyone is out to scam lately, but could see you could order through PayPal, and they had a really good score on trust pilot so I decided why not, it was a good price for a new condenser after my mechanic best mate said probably £150 for one, they got it to me for £89. There was a a weird tax amount of £14 in the final payment part, and I wasn't sure if this was added on or part of the price, so first time I got to this screen I backed out because I thought it was one of those websites that add costs ect on when you come to finish up, but even then It was still cheaper than others so I went back on the next day and bit the bullet. All I can say is excellent service speed, ordered it Thursday, free delivery, was there by 11 am Friday. I Fitted it by Saturday.”
