“I received a New Condenser for a pathfinder. I found the listing very well presented, the arrival was 3 days later and I have to say the product is as listed. The Seller has, in my opinion, has excelled during this transaction. I would list them as excellent on Listing, Forwarding and after sales service. A rarity these days. Excellent seller my thanks”

“An easy to use website with an exceptionally prompt response, next working day delivery for free, and extremely well packaged! I bought a Compressor for an 06 Mazda 3; the best price by far. The one thing that I found unsettling was that there is no identification on the delivery label to your confirmed order reference, so you cannot be sure that you have the right product, before you open the box, and when I did open the box, apart from the standard sheet of instructions for installation and the limits of the warranty, there was no reference to part no or order reference either on the instruction sheet or on the compressor itself, which only reinforced my doubts as to whether I had what I ordered. I had to make a call to AutoAirCon Parts to check that I did have the right part. Their response to my query was to check that I had, which I did, and confirm that apart from the instructions they supply no further paperwork. If they had I would have given them 5 stars.”

“Easy ordering part arrived very quickly. Not fitted yet but all looks ok Update... fitted no problem, had different pully to oem so had to change perfectly good belt for new. One bad point! Can't print invoice from email from mobile. As I do everything by mobile now is very inconvenient.”

“very fast delivery, parts fit exactly. worth noting to check description of part as picture may have other parts attached which are not being bought. No problem as I phoned help desk/sales who were very clear and sorted out any confusion I had”

“To check that the part I was ordering, I used your online message service. I would have used the online chat but was too late to speak to someone. Anyway, early the following morning I received a reply back telling me the correct part required. Later that day I placed my order. I found the ordering system you use very easy to follow, and even better, you allowed to pay by PayPal. Deliver was stated to be within 24 hours, and around 3:30 the following day my parcel was delivered. All in all, this is a very good company to deal with. They answered my correspondence very quickly, and delivered as to when stated, you can't ask for better. Oh and yes I will be recommending to friends and family.”
