Ordered the 1 step cut and polish tbh it’s not a good product wouldn’t recommend and that’s a shame cause normally there products are amazing had to do a customers car twice

A cap on one bottle was loose so delivered with spillage in the box, could have been worse.

Don’t usually write reviews but I was slightly disappointed with my wheel cleaner, I wish I’d got the same one I had from Meguires or tried the brush instead if the microfibre one. I want to order a machine polisher but now I’m in 2 minds who to get one from after the let down of this product.

My husband loves the Auto Finesse products and won’t use anything else so I ordered some goodies as part of his Christmas present.. I requested in the notes for completely plain packaging so he didn’t know what it was when it came such a shame that you couldn’t seem to accommodate this since you put branding all over the box tape so he knew immediately what it was.. ☹️very disappointing.

Your products are great, BUT for 5 days of being messed around by Royal Mail I've had enough, emails saying it's out for delivery, then a few hours later it says tomorrow, this has happened everyday, I live 200 yards from sorting office and they now can't find it. Pathetic.

Really rate the products, had to buy the more expensive smaller bottles as the larger ones weren’t in stock, delivery was slow (so order in advance).

Great product and the additional air freshener in my parcel is a nice touch. But delivery was expensive and the box they came in was unnecessary large.

Pleased with all the products I purchased but did spend over 50pounds but did not recieve my free gift promotion as the item was out of stock surely I should have been offered an alternative free gift in that situation

I have had a look into this for you and I can see that you have not added the free Laundry Bag to your order from the pop up box at checkout. Unfortunately this is how to claim the Laundry Bag, by adding it to your basket from the pop up box ensures this item then shows on your packing slip. This way our packing team know to include it in your order. As you have not added this to your basket, this is why it was not included in your order. As your order has now been dispatched from us we are not able to add this to your order. Despatch was a bit slow, DA polisher instructions in broken English- clearly a cheap chinese import with Auto Finesse stickers slapped on it. Even the stickers are I'll fitting and a bit cheap looking

As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full shipping time frame to ship/deliver the order. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances in our warehouse, some orders were taking up to 6 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control.
