Bought a lot of products from you qorth over £250 and they still haven’t arrived , terrible service from DHL with mix up etc when DPD just brought a product right to my door step and DHL struggles to find my address , shocking

We are incredibly sorry to hear you were let down by our delivery service provider, we do all we can to ensure that orders are packed and processed in an efficient manner and rely on our 3rd party partners to do the same. On this occasion, this hasn't happened and for that, we can only apologise​.

Still haven’t received my parcel I have Ordered it over a week and paid next day delivery.

I am sorry to hear your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, this certainly isn't the standard of service we aim to provide. As I hope you can appreciate we rely heavily on our couriers to delivery our customers orders with the expected time frame, so I do apologise for the delay. I have had a look into this for you and I can see your parcel had been damaged in transit therefore is being returned back to us to avoid any disappointment. I can see you have now been in touch with my colleague who has issued a replacement parcel on a next working day service and has issued a refund for the next working day service cost. I received the entire packaging damaged and broken products. I refused to receive the packaging. I am now waiting for a reply from Post Luxembourg.

Nobody contacted me when I left honest negative feedback on instagram you just decided to delete my comment, so are you only after positive feedback..? You will only move forward in a business if you know your weaknesses. Rude & wont be using your products again..! Especially after spending over £200 on my first order with such a pigheaded response & attitude. Good luck

I made two orders one moth ago and i still have serious problems with both of them. I had to pay 7.30€ to recieve each order. Im still waiting for one of them. I will never buy to your company again.

Problems began when attempting to place an order which took around a day to resolve. Parcel arraived and was missing items, took 4 days to hear back from someone and when the item appeared it was sent to the billing address and not the shipping address.

The product isn't fit for purpose. Unfortunately unable to resolve the issues with customer support. Purchased Palmer violet car air freshener, the Sean is way to weak. Customer support advisor mate it was a top up air freshener which still makes it has a completely useless have you can't smell it! After being a auto fenesse customer for over 5 years I feel this is time to back away.

Hi Neil, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you feel let down by the performance of one of our new Aroma Air Fresheners. These air fresheners are for an instant fragrant interior and aren't designed to last for a long period of time. For occasions such as a car show or just a little top up to the air freshener you already have suspended from your rear view mirror. Overpriced the lance is cheap chinese rubbish it doesnt even sit straight and level on my karcher its stuck at a stupid angle

Black Friday. Came 2 Monday’s later. Battered, leaked everywhere. I spoke to a sales advisor called Jess who hats off to her was amazing over the phone but I’m still waiting on a reply even now on what’s happeninf because I currently have one bottle pretty much empty. I’ve spent before with you guys and it’s amazing. I’m really let down by this

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Auto Finesse as I placed an order on 27th November and it still doesn't appear to have been dispatched! First time order and most definitely the last, poor, very poor!

Put in a large order on the Black Friday of the smaller bottles as they’d stated on FB 5litres weren’t on sale . They then release the 5 litres into the sale after not just I but a number of people had ordered smaller bottles “ due to customer demand “ only thing AF succeeded in doing is upset traders and distributors.

Sent my item to wrong address then as I rang them they said th y would send it out to my address and confirmed address then a month later still not received item then I rang again to find out they sent it to wrong address yet again but they won't send me another as it is apparently my fault I must have given wrong address twice so my loss then woman put the phone down on my terrible service never buying from this company again

Hi Shane, I am very sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion. When you order through our website the onus is on the customer to provide a delivery address so that we can make sure that your items get to you as quickly and safely as possible. When you first called us to advice that a week on from your order, you had still not received your Air Freshener, we very quickly sent a new one to the delivery address which you provided us with. Unfortunately, after speaking to you on the phone today it came to light that you no longer actually reside at the delivery address which you gave us. When this was explained to you on the phone you were obviously not very happy. We do not tolerate derogatory or offensive language towards our staff so the phone call was terminated. Nothing wrong with the products! When I was unable to spend some gifts vouchers at waxstock recently I was not impressed, having to buy what I wanted later online at nearly 50% more added insult to injury.

I am still waiting for a replacement delivery of iron out after finding the first delivery was left on my door matt where it could have been taken but worse than that when i opened the parcel there was no liquid in the bottle i was then promised a replacement without fail the next day and i am still waiting 3 days later! Great service i don't think!
