“Always a pleasure to deal with, good communication and delivery times are very reasonable. Little bit disappointed about aqua coat as I felt it was really poor and left horrible stains on my paintwork but other than that I am happy. Mike”

“All packaged neatly and smartly. Seemed to do the job well; but imo the balance between quantities was wrong. I have used about 60% of the liquid and have only started on 25% of the clay bar itself - and that has much more use in it.”

“Great quality bucket. But a bit expensive especially over £10 extra just for the lid. Fast delivery too. Disappointed there was a slight scratch mark on the bucket. Happy to find a free air freshener inside.”

“I bought a creeper seat and unfortunately there is a bolt missing from the assembly pack. I have contacted a staff member who emailed me about my order but have been waiting several days for a reply. I've been a big fan of auto finesse products for many years now but have always bought from an alternative source due to excellent customer service from the alternate supplier. I'm a tad disappointed nobody has gotten back to me. It has somewhat tainted my view of the company.”

“I have been using the product for some time now and as a keen amateur, I enjoy many hours keeping my black car in top condition. I felt it was a blow when Halfords stopped selling Auto Finesse as it was useful to top up my range of products but was not too perturbed as generally, I buy in bulk directly. My only concern is that my last recent purchase has still not been delivered and trying to track it has not been very easy. It left AF on the 17th of Oct and today is the 25th and still no sign :(”

“I cannot fault Autofinesse with the quality of there products. Always loved using it. My grudge is with royal mail who seem to loose the parcels along the way and I never recieve it.”
