The products are lovely and just what I wanted, however when they were delivered they appeared to have just been thrown together in a box. The packaging for some items was slightly damaged and dented and the Arch blaster brush had been squashed and scratched making it look second hand.

I only ever use AF products, however I have recently had a few problems. My detailing brush fell apart after two uses and was not replaced. The silk drying towel appears to mar paint and is no where near as good as my precious Xl deluxe.

Hi Matt! I am sorry to see that your Detailing Brush has a crack in the plastic. When placed in water the brush will soak up the water resulting in the the brush to swell, this may be the reason for the plastic cracking. However I can ensure you this will not effect the performance of the products, its purely there for decorative reasons. All of our products are sold with a 3 month warranty so any unreasonable fault that occurs we will always endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible. Unfortunately your Detailing Brush was purchased around a year ago this exceeds the warranty length. So with this being said we were unable to offer any replacement on this occasion. I can see a 20% discount code was provided to apologise for any frustration caused. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch. -TEAM AF :)

Snow foam very good nice thick layer, and the shampoo, the wheel cleaner probably needs to made up a bit stronger than suggested, needed a lot of work to get the wheels clean

Not impressed by the new pressure sprayer (robust) was defective after 10 seconds of spraying just water to test. That being said, decent enough communication from the team and I hope it gets exchanged on Saturday as stated by your team

I brought a £200 mystery box but was dissatisfied with what came , a lot of products that I would never of wanted plus mostly in 1 litre bottles so got less products to try also the 1litre bottles are bulky , I saw auto finesse lose a good opportunity to entice a customer to buy future products ……..I don’t think I got 1 product that was on the advertising picture

I bought a mystery box and some items were clearly used and returned then put into my order. I had a pressure sprayer that did not work but because i have had an issue with returning a faulty item previously, i havent bothered contacting auto finesse as it was a lot of hassle and was made to pay for a new part

I brought the £100 mystery box. I was a bit underwhelmed. Whilst i appreciate its a complete lottery. I did receive the Caramics interior kit - which at £35. bumps the exact box worth to £150. . But all caramics are on offer at the moment in Halfords , this same item is only £15 in halfords. The entire Caramics kit is £50. (from 100). Which i only noticed after my order. Its still nice to have the mystery box. This is my 2nd Mystery box, but going forward. I will prob just get specific items separately. . Theres usually an offer somewhere. But delivery was excellent. I'm still waiting on delivery from debenhams since mid dec ! :)

Hey Karl, Thank you for your review.😀 After having a look into this for you, we can see that your order was placed at 20:37pm on the 13th December. Your order was on a 5-10 working day shipping service, which means the expected delivery date of this parcel would have been on or before the 27th December and we can confirm that it was successfully delivered on the 24th. This is 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date. We managed to despatch your parcel on the 6th working day from the order being placed, giving it 4 working days to be delivered. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 10 working days to ship/deliver the order. Contacted AF as I missed the box to enter my Halloween code. They pointed me in the correct direction to make my point. I contacted them but never got any reply. That said everything I ordered turned up quickly. Well packaged and to the usual high standards we all take as granted fro AF

I have had a look into this for you and I can see that my colleague had responded to your email on Thursday 21st October. We explained that your order was placed before the Halloween promotion had started, if you wanted to take advantage of the promotion the order value must be £50.00 or more and placed between Tuesday 19th October and until midnight on Sunday 31st October. The voucher & product I purchased was great but I requested via the ‘notes’ section on ordering, for the box to be unbranded as it was for my husbands birthday. Unfortunately, the box came with Auto Finesse all over the sides & my husband took delivery of it! A surprise no more 😕

I have had a look at your order and I am unable to see a customer note on our system so I can only apologise for this. In regards to supplying an unbranded box this is not something we are able to provide to our customers I am afraid as our packaging is already pre-branded. I can you see that had purchased a gift card, if bought individually this does come delivered in a plain envelope. My product was damaged when I received it. Was offered a very inconvenient way of swapping it. The top was smashed so had to throw the bottle away. Waste of £25.

Hello Adeel, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your recent order. This certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. As I hope you can appreciate we rely heavily on our couriers to deliver parcels with no damage to the box or contents. Once parcels have been dispatched from us it is then out of our control on how these are handled. Our dispatch team ensure all items are packed and are double checked before being sealed and dispatched. I have had a look at the email thread between the customer service team and yourself, I am able to see that you had been offered a swap out on the entire order but you had decided not to proceed with the swap out. A swap out is the quickest and most convenient way for us to issue a replacement on damaged orders as this can be arranged around the customer. Swap outs can take place at any address, any day that is most convenient for someone to be present for the swap out to take place. I can only apologise if you felt that this was very inconvenient. If you would like to send an email to sopport@autofinesse.com with the most convenient address and they will be able to send out a 250ML bottle of Caramics Enhancing Shampoo. The products I have used so far have been nothing short of mind blowing. I have used other well known brands in the past but for the price this stuff is exceptional. I’m a bit miffed I missed out on the offer that was recently available but that’s just bad luck 👍🏻
