“Products are very good. Never had an issue with quality. Had 1 product leak on in transit. After speaking to customer services they wanted me to rebox and swap with a delivery driver which mean waiting in for them etc. Which is far to much messing around considering its not my fault was offerd 10% my next purchase instead. So not overly impressed with customer services.”

“Ordered a number of products from Auto Finesse on the Monday and selected "Free Delivery (5-7 working days)". On Friday I received an email telling me one of the products I had purchased was out of stock, despite it saying it was in stock when I ordered it. After enquiring how that happened I was told it was a "technical glitch" on the website. A bit disappointing that this could happen just a few hours after they send out a big mailshot promoting their products and it took 4 working days to be notified of it! Now I have a 6/7 week wait for the product.”

“Fine but arrived as a Christmas present covered in the logo so now no longer a surprise! Couldn't have it delivered to work or a friend due to COVID restrictions as we are in Tier 3!”

“Ordered on Black Friday. Deals were very good value for money and the feather tip brushes are amazing. However compared to the other car detailing companies that I ordered from on the same day, auto finesse came a week after some.”

“Rather disappointed with the service I received. Ordered in the 23rd Nov, yet they didn’t pick and package it up until 1st Dec. Why wait so long to pick and package the items???? It was then supposed to be delivered on the 2nd but it didn’t show up. Then another email to say it would be delivered on the 3rd, but it didn’t show up. Then another email to say it would be delivered on the 4th, but again it didn’t show up. The story continues with a final email on the 5th Dec, some 12 days after ordering to say it would be delivered, and finally it was. The products as always from Auto Finesse are excellent but their online service is very poor. In future I will just order the products from one of the online detailing suppliers who can package and deliver in a much more timeous manner.”

“Products were well packaged and quality was good as always with autofinnesse, but I have to give a poorer review as it took two weeks for the package to be delivered. Not fantastic considering it was Uk to Uk postage.”

“Thanks for the follow up on the courier issue. I wish Auto Finesse could alert themselves for those parcels which do not arrive in time as informed to clients (e.g. 3 days). This way client themselves don’t have to go through searching and requesting for action to be taken. However, overall happy with the product and service.”

“1 of my bundle bottles arrived leaking i didnt bother to contact due to the pandemic everyone being under stress so i just let it slide i hope i dont recieve my other order damaged thats on the way now 🙂”
