Very helpful and courteous but I am so disappointed that my husbands big gift won’t be here for Christmas. Your policy won’t allow for a refund until the shipping company closes its investigation which can take up to 8 days. I never received my purchase, you won’t refund my money and I don’t have another $500.00 to buy my husband a different gift due to your policy. And the CSR informed me that once the investigation wraps up, I will have to contact you to place another order for the item. At this point I just want my refund and I will not reorder from you. I understand it’s your policy and it is the shipping company’s fault that I don’t have my package but I am the injured party without a Christmas gift….”

“I ordered a package deal of 2 saws. One of the saws showed up damaged. After a few back and forward emails and calls I was informed I could send it all back to them and they would refund my money and I could order again at the new price. (Was on special pricing when ordered), or they offered me $100 refund on a $800 saw.l if I chose to keep it. The part that was broken was over $190 to order from a parts supplier and was back ordered for weeks. I feel that a larger refund would have been offered. Or I could send back the one damaged product and they could send me a replacement.”
