“2nd order on the webshop. First went ok, second a disaster never received my goods, nor received any reply to my emails.”

“Really disappointed, I bought two speakers last year and now one of them can’t connect to Bluetooth. When I sent it for repair, it got some foam glue on it, and they returned it saying they couldn’t fix it because of the glue. The foam glue has nothing to do with the Bluetooth circuitry inside the speaker. A truly disappointing experience with their products.”

Hi Tat Trung Do, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. You returned the product covered in expanding foam which had solidified on all of the internal components and circuitry boards so the product was beyond repair and the warranty void due to this being the cause of the defect. I have attached a photo of the speaker for your reference. You were informed in a respectful manner and the speaker was returned back to yourself at no expense. “The website is confusing, at the checkout it had the option for Saturday delivery and I placed my order on Saturday thinking it will arrived and they charged my £19.90 for a service they didn't offer. When I asked for a refund because I got charged, I didn't get a response. Very disappointed”

“Incorrect description and pictures on website. I ordered the mixer amp below with 4 mic inputs plus aux and Bluetooth as that covered all our needs but what arrived was a mixer with 3 mic and aux with Bluetooth and radio. I used the chat to try and rectify it and was told its been upgraded now, however it now isn't suitable with more cosy to me, however the website is still advertising the same amp.”

“This is the second time you have sent me a product that is used and not in the original box. The Apart brand speaker I bought did not come in its original box and there were scratches. Moreover, this speaker. I paid for it new as it wasn't new. I have your photos. I needed 7 more speakers. I bought it elsewhere.”

“Shocking at the moment. Zero after sales support. Sent speakers that will not link up to the subs. We are having to buy a splitter and some cables to try and work it out for ourselves. David doesnt seem particularly interested. We will be sending the stuff back if it doesnt work.”

“disappoint of the the service with audio volt. placed order for over £1100 for audio equipment to be installed for one of my customers , asked audio volt twice to email me dimensions of wall mounted mic never received them. equipment sent by Parcel force on express 24 never arrived on the friday, chased parcel force had to go to liverpool to pick up, did the instalilon the sunday no wiring diagram for wall mounted mic to baluns, spoke to audio volt on the monday about this, they where to email wiring over so i got complete my install that evening , never received them ,willhave to return to my customer in preston from warrington.”

“Orded the systemline e50 with 4 speakers . Only 2 speakers arrived . Basically got told its my fault and that they can't do anything about it m shame as this was a project of many and won't be using them again”

“I ordered my system on the 9 December and only got it on the 28 January after been assured it would been delivered before xmas And had to pay duty on it as it was after brexit”
