“I bought a QXT portable PA. After it arrived, I discovered that the bass speaker wasn't working. Unfortunate but sometimes these thing happen. They couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged for the faulty unit to be collected and sent a replacementr, which works fine.”

“The website is confusing, at the checkout it had the option for Saturday delivery and I placed my order on Saturday thinking it will arrived and they charged my £19.90 for a service they didn't offer. When I asked for a refund because I got charged, I didn't get a response. Very disappointed”
