“Excellent service, purchased a small PA amp. Have the much larger version which is great for bigger venues, this is ideal for home. Would buy from Audio Volt again”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff who spent a lot of time explaining the set up and configuration. Delivery and despatch was faster than stated. The owner of the pub into which the system was installed is extremely happy and I have another two potential enquiries for the same equipment.”

“Really disappointed, I bought two speakers last year and now one of them can’t connect to Bluetooth. When I sent it for repair, it got some foam glue on it, and they returned it saying they couldn’t fix it because of the glue. The foam glue has nothing to do with the Bluetooth circuitry inside the speaker. A truly disappointing experience with their products.”

Hi Tat Trung Do, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. You returned the product covered in expanding foam which had solidified on all of the internal components and circuitry boards so the product was beyond repair and the warranty void due to this being the cause of the defect. I have attached a photo of the speaker for your reference. You were informed in a respectful manner and the speaker was returned back to yourself at no expense.
