“I ordered a new streamer from Audio Emotion. My usual independent local hifi store didn't have the product I wanted. After reading the reviews for audio Emotion I decided to order from the them. There was initial mix ups with delivery dates and times. After a second call everything was sorted out. This morning this morning the company phoned me to tell me my order wouid be with me in a few hours. We also had a lovely chat. My product arrived on time. It was beautifully packaged. It's also a sublime new toy for myself. I like any company that follows up with their customers. Not enough company's do that anymore. I have no hesitation in recommending audio Emotion and will use again.”

“My first purchase from Audio Emotion after reading their Trustpilot reviews. I traded in a Chord Qutest Dac and received a valuation very quickly, I bought an Seversolo DMP-A6 master edition streamer. I paid the balance on the DMP-A6 and received it via DPD before they collected the Chord Dac a couple of days later for delivery to Audio Emotion. I had a couple of queries regarding the purchase and delivery Marion was very helpful on the phone on each call. I have no hesitation in recommending Audio Emotion.”

“This was my first time using AE and it was faultless, highly recommended. The internet is a big place so it was a double bonus to find out the company is based in my home country of Scotland, that doesn't seem to happen very often. My enquiry was for a piece of kit which has blown me away a bit since receiving it, the EverSolo DMP-A6. After looking at reviews on the device I called AE who gave me excellent honest information, I placed the order and it arrived 4 days sooner than anticipated so very happy.”

“I was looking for a supplier of the Eversolo DMP-A6 who could offer a part exchange solution for my Cambridge CXN v2. I contacted two Companies who were offering just that. One company responded with a fairly unhelpful comment, whereas Audio Emotion responded with a courteous offer which was competitive with the market. All communication with Gary at Audio Emotion was first class, quick and always helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“As a very old pensioner my dealings with Audio emotion have been of a lower priced items. But I am working up to a major purchase .. My dealings have all worked perfectly . “Recently purchased an Eversolo DMP-A6 Master Edition from Audio Emotion and I must say that the whole experience was extremely pleasant and professional. Communication, via email a majority of the time and phone (to make payment), was excellent and handled very well. The delivery of the product was fitted into the time window discussed in advance. I will certainly be back for future Hi-Fi purchases.”

“Superfast delivery and well packaged Ordered 11.35 the morning before and delivered the following morning. Unfortunately the item I ordered was not a good match for my system (not Audio Emotion's fault - I did not consult them before purchase) and I needed to return it. My return request was met by a polite email agreeing to accept the return. When they received the returned item they issued an immediate refund. Really cannot fault them.”
