“Easy to book Disney tickets and unfortunately have to cancel then rebook as dates were incorrect from our end. However, I realised on the booking that I did not receive a confirmation email and just had to await the tickets coming through to know that all was well. The booking site gave me a booking number but I feel a confirmatory email would be good practice. I've still to check for my refund, which brings me to another issue. I had to cancel the tickets I had and repurchase new tickets. I have no idea why this could not have been managed by AttractionTix given that it was a date change. I could have taken the 'new' business elsewhere which would have been a lost sale for the sake of a few key strokes.”

“Booked tickets for Disney Land Paris. Once booked, I'd noticed poor reviews and started panicing! This was my first time using AttractionTix. There was no need for the panic, tickets arrive via email and worked just fine. Everything went well and we had an amazing time! Would give higher scores but only used this site once.”

“Company offers good selection of tickets but it was very confusing buying Walt Disney world tickets and you get a confirmation email and on the first page it says this is your ticket attached but on the second page it says it isn’t your ticket and you can’t link to my Disney experience. I had to call customer service who were very reassuring that my tickets would come through within 72 which they did but that first email is very misleading and confusing for customers. I thought I had been scammed. Once official tickets came through it was very easy to sign up to make Disney’s reservation and link tickets”

“We ordered our Universal Orlando tickets and the file for the tickets was emailed over promptly. Unfortunately the names on our paper tickets didn’t match the actual barcode, when I added my ticket to the Universal App it gave me the ticket for another member of our party. I had to load all the tickets onto my app to see which paper ticket belonged to who, unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to remove the other tickets from the app so I had to contact Universal who sorted it out. Once we all had the app we could scan our tickets and at the park entrance, no problem!”
