“Accidentally brought Disney Paris tickets instead of the Florida ones we needed. Mostly thanks to a bad link sent from a friend. Stressed at the entrance to Disney world we got no help from attractiontix just a ‘whoops’ you’re screwed answer from customer services. Ended up paying tickets on the gate, so just lost that money basically. I mean, it’s our fault but you still hope for help…”

“I purchased 3 tickets for the one of the observations but made a mistake and went to the wrong attraction. Totally my fault but the customer service was terrible no offer of transferring the ticket to another date or time. Told me I wasn’t entitled to a refund, understandable as it was my mistake but asking if they could assist with anything else and when I asked if I could use tickets at another date and time told no. Why ask if there’s anything else they can assist with. No I wouldn’t recommend in future to any of my colleagues at Virgin Atlantic or indeed any of the passengers I serve traveling to the US.”

“I purchased entry tickets for Disney one day before I meant to fly to Paris. On the same day I found out that all flights have been cancelled due to current situation un France. I called AttractionTix, an operator said it's fine, she'll cancel for me and few days later I received an email saying that they can't refund the money as it is 3 days in advance, however I bought the tickets just one day in advance anyway not knowing there are no flights to Paris...”

“I brought the tickets the night before leaving to go on holiday as it stated tickets to be sent straight away - well they were not. I received an email stating that I would hear within 48 hours - maybe i should not have brought the night before but they should not advertise that tickets are available immediately. I was lucky enough that my hotel whilst on holiday were kind enough to print the tickets off !!! The tickets were valid and got me to where I needed to be - just the timing and false advertising was a bug bear !!”
