“Great communication in both pre and post sales with the team. I did think I'd be able to access the disney and universal tickets immediately but maybe I should have read more in depth as this assumption wasn't the reality. I also had to get my Universal tickets emailed to me because they never turned up in the post. Not a massive problem but it begs the question why isn't it all electronic anyway”

“After waiting two years to fulfil this trip, I found the whole process very stressful. Not being able to confirm if my original vouchers would be honoured until after I had booked hotel and flights. The costs rose considerably and paying £928.50 for the 3 day 2 park pass was excessive.”
