I can't comment on the products but the website is not easy to navigate and I was very disappointed in the system for purchasing vouchers. I wanted to purchase for someone else and it was more complicated than it should be. I've purchased lots of online vouchers and this was the worst experience of them all. Hopefully easier in future.

Thank you for your review. We understand what you are saying about the vouchers, the system we use really isn't great. Unfortunately it is the only one available to us on this website. We will certainly look to update it to a new system as soon as the opportunity arises. The next one will be easier for sure.

Delivery took a month, the item is much smaller than described (2 stars for the item actually arriving)

Thank you for your review. We note the order was placed on 18th December, a peak time for shipping and was with customs in your country just a few days later, the parcel was then redirected at your request. This all happened in just a few days, not one month! We have been selling that item for a long time and do not get many returns due to size, but of course if you are not happy feel free to return it.

Mossing dokumentation with the package made some complications through customs, I had to send dokuments myself and it tool almost a week konger and higher expencis for me.

Thank you for your review. We do not send any documentation with orders any more, it is all done electronically, I can confirm all the required information was correct and present so any issues were with the delivery company and not to do with paperwork.

Leggings arrived with multiple holes in, very creased and look like they’d already been worn. Contacted customer services who said I have to pay to return them and I could be refunded if deemed ‘refundable’. I didn’t have time to waste going to the post office and attempting a swap when I needed them for an event sooner. I’ve since seen all the holes up. Definitely wouldn’t order anything else, I’m really disappointed as there was a few other items I liked but not chancing it.

After making several purchases. I was then emailed telling me one item wasn't available this item had a delivery charge for it, I was refunded the price of the item but not delivery. Emailed them regarding this nobody got back to me not happy. Why have products on your website if not available?

Order was ok, but delivery was very bad... paid 12,88 Euro customs duty for a 30 GBP order. Please Attitude: Never use DHL!

Shoes recieved quickly enough and Customer Service tends to be quite good. However, the platform of the right boot in my order is falling off after the second wear, leaving me deeply unsatisfied on quality, especially for the price. Ultimately I can't reccomend this service under that.

There is a fault and we will want to help you get the matter resolved. We do not appear to have heard from you directly other than this review, so we will be in touch shortly. We sell a lot of footwear and this sort of issue is very rare.

I brought a pair of sunglasses and a lunch box. Quite expensive and unfortunately for me, not great quality for what I paid. They feel cheap and nasty. I saw an ad on Facebook and took a chance. But sorry I won't be ordering from you again.

We are sorry you were not happy with your purchase, we have to say we disagree with you on the quality, the sunglasses are very good quality especially for the price you paid for them which was just £1.59. It may be worth lowering your expectations when paying that sort of price for sunglasses! We usually get great feedback from customers on the lunch box and think that for just £5.99 it is great value for money too.

I received my item quickly, which was great. However, although I ordered my usual size, and also used the size guide on their website, the item was much too large - so I had to return it for refund. I received an email from Attitude 10 days ago now, to confirm they had received my return & would accept it. Yet, here I am, still waiting for them to process my refund. Very, very slow process. Overall, disappointing service.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately sometimes items will be different to expectations. We can see from our records your refund was processed well within the advertised time, as a small business we cannot always process returns daily so it did take a few days from you posting to us refunding you, however some of this time is due to banks as refunds take 2-4 days to process back to accounts.

I paid for 3-5 day delivery as I needed the shoes for an event. They weren't sent until day 5 so by the time they came the event had passed. I contacted attitude on X(twitter) with no reply

Thank you for your review. Please be aware the shipping service you opted for is an estimated delivery time, whilst the majority of orders will arrive within the stated window there is no guarantee. For urgent orders we do offer a guaranteed next day service, these orders are prioritised by both ourselves and the courier to ensure they arrive on time. It is well worth the extra couple of pounds if the order is needed for a specific date. If you need to contact us regarding an order we strongly recommend you contact our customer service team by e-mail. That is by far the best way to get a problem looked into. Our social media is handled by a separate team and they have no access to information regarding customer orders, therefore are unable to assist.

Returned an item using postage provided nearly 2 weeks ago. Item was tracked and has been received by seller but still haven't been refunded or had an email confirming they have received it. No reply to email I sent querying it.

Dishonest about free shipping requirements and took payment for items which were out of stock. Customer service doesn't read emails properly before replying. Avoid if you can

Thank you for your review. Your return was booked on to our system 5 Sept and the refund processed by our accounts 4 days later. Please check your PayPal records as this was around two weeks before this review. The money should show on your account on 9th Sept as PayPal refunds are instant. We have double checked with PayPal and they confirm the refund was successful on that date. Our email system also shows that we have not received an email from you so this is the first time we have been made aware of an issue.

I bought the entwine hoops snake earrings to wear at my friends wedding and within 5 minutes of opening them to wear them, the small post that actually goes through the ear snapped on both of them, and one of them was alltogether difficult to open at all. One of them snapped clean in half. I liked the design a lot but they're so cheaply made and felt like they never even went theough quality assurance. Threw them straight in the bin and bought a different pair of earrings off amazon instead.

I ordered as a gift for Mother’s Day it arrived in a worn box not fit to be used to post in so I checked it over but didn’t notice the moth was off set until my partner opened it on the day not sure how this passed quality and control very disappointed as I understand this isn’t attitude clothings fault but maybe it’s something they can past back to nemesis now

I ordered a belt in size s-xl and I am a size 12 which is not xl and I couldn’t even get it 3 quarters of the way round me, bit sad really, I took the tags off not thinking there was any way of it not fitting me ( my own fault) and now I can’t return it. Delivery and communication was good though, maybe just reconsider sizing.
