Unfortunately sometimes errors can occur. We only list products that are available (with the exception of pre order items clearly stated as such). However on this occasion there was a stock error, we reached out to you straight away and offered you a refund or alternative, you chose the refund which we processed straight away. Sorry we were not able to get you the item you wanted.

Last 2 orders have arrived damaged and it takes nearly 3 weeks to get a refund!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you have had the unfortunate situation of receiving damaged items twice. We do take great care with our packaging and the vast majority of items will arrive in perfect condition. As we sell a number of very delicate items sometimes issues will occur. You were refunded within a few days of us receiving the return parcel, it was nowhere near 2 weeks let alone 3.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the delay in you receiving your order, this has been investigated and as per our reply to your email we can confirm the delivery will be any day now, the order has been held up in customs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We can confirm we have only received one email from you and this has been replied to, it took a little longer than usual as it was received during the holiday period when we were closed.

Second time I have been asked to review a product that I have not received. The site is nothing but spam. 1) the delivery was marked under the wrong item description 2) the item was declared ‘pre purchase although every site, including its makers site, had already released the product. Given chance I will never shop at this fraudulent store again, they lie from step A to step Z

The item you ordered was only available on a pre order basis. This was made very clear and was also communicated by e-mail as soon as the order was placed. The products were then shipped as per the pre order date advised. It is very rare that we offer products on a pre order basis but we will occasionally do so for popular items that are due to be restocked soon. Please in future ensure you read the information that is very clearly stated on the order page, reconfirmed at checkout and then, just to be sure, confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of the order. We do try our best to ensure it is virtually impossible to fail to understand the meaning of a pre order, but clearly we have failed in this case so for that we do apologise.

Way way way too small. Unable to navigate the site to do a simple return request so pretty much stuck with it now.

Thank you for your review. Our returns process is very simple, just follow the instructions on the back of the despatch note, or details can be found on our website. Hopefully you will be able to work out how to make the return, it really is quite simple! The item was confirmed delivered by Royal Mail. Once an item has been delivered and confirmed so by Royal Mail we are unable to put a claim in. If the item has been stolen after delivery then it becomes a theft/ police matter.

Order Reference: 390422 - I never received this order - Royal Mail notified me that the parcel had been sent back to you. I did contact Customer service on 7 October to ask for a refund or for the parcel to be re-sent to a different address (I am moving house tomorrow) and I received no reply.

Super poor service. Item was never delivered and they wanted me to walk around neighbourhood looking. That was their only solution, no refund, no replacement

Not particularly impressed. Refunds take an age to process and lots of deductions for postage etc. Will not use again.

This is the 2nd time over ordered a sale pair of demonias and it’s been cancelled days later due to saying the item is out of stock but it’s now back to full price on the website? Why put demonias in the sale if you aren’t gonna actual sell them? Never ordering from this company again

Loved the look of two pairs of platform boots. Sadly just tottering around the house they were killing my feet. I bought a couple of different inner soles but still impossible to wear. Spent £259.49 on boots I cannot wear and now over 30 day return, gutted. Order reference 379519, any chance of a late return or credit note?

Product doesn’t work! I contacted you to send it back and you don’t get returns!!!!! Also the package took 8 days to arrive and when I called after 3 days, you told me it was arriving that day. I will never shop with you again.

Whilst we welcome returns on nearly all products that we sell, however this does exclude most cosmetics including hair dye. This policy is very clearly outlined during the order process. We also note that your order was despatched 2 working days after receipt, well within the stated time for the standard shipping service you chose. If orders are needed quickly we offer several faster options that ensure a quicker delivery.

I tried to contact their customer service team three times with no response. My product arrived damaged and I can't get hold of anyone to know if I need to send it back as it says on their website they don't take returns of tights.

We notice from our records you refund was processed in a few days upon receipt of the return not weeks! Unfortunately we cannot provide instant returns, there is a process which includes allowing time for the postal service to get the return to us, time for us to inspect and repack the items returned, then process the refund. Even once we have precessed the refund it can take 2-4 days for the money to be received by your bank. We are not sure what your expectations are but this process will never be instant as you seem to expect. We clearly state that this can all take up to 14 days, in your case it was actually much quicker.
