“Preordered shoes that were arriving in stock on 4th December. The were finally dispatched on 11th December according to my account history. I have still not received them and my account showing there is still no tracking number.”

“It now a tradition that I buy Period Pants every year for my partner for Christmas and I always look forward to what new designs have been released. For other buyer I would suggest getting on size up than your usual size for comfort if your getting these as period pants and not for fashion.”

Thank you for the review, unfortunately due to production issues the range of PP this year was a bit limited. Hopefully we will be back up to a full range with loads of new choice in time for next year!

“I have a very disappointed daughter who will not have her new boots for Christmas. When I placed the order, I was told delivery would be 3-7 days. I have since been told (only because I queried where my order was) that no stock will be available til the end of January. Not great service unfortunately.”

“Ordered a pair of boots for my daughter. They arrived about 2 days later. My daughter loved them and my younger daughter also loved them so I ordered her a similar pair. They came very soon after order they were ordered also. 2 happy teenagers = very happy mum. Result!!”

“I really love the clothes i ordered and the different decorative things the only thing i did not like was the witches brew travel mug, the mug in itself is beautiful but it doesnt serve its perpose it leaks and does not keep liquids hot. It does not fit in a car cup holder either which i found suprising because it stated that the size was normal. I hope you will take in to acount what i have said. i have tried contacting you and have allready sent a message stating the problems that i have had with the travel mug.”
