“Returns procedure and how quick they dealt with a customer service query and how they made sure my order was placed onto next day delivery at minimum cost. Also allowed for a discount to be applied. Was really fantastic and friendly.”

“The ordering process was very easy, especially with the Amazon check out link. I got emails to updates on my order so I didn't have to keep checking up on it.
