Thank you for sending in your review. We love to get feedback from our overseas customers, it is great to hear your order arrived so quickly. Many of our European customers receive their orders within a couple of days using the express services offered UPS. We also offer a 2 day service to most addresses in the US.

We have been offering free returns for a while now and it has proved really popular so thank you for confirming this in your review. It is also great to see another comment on our fast delivery, express orders always leave the same day if placed before 4pm on a working day.

Thanks for sending in your review. It is great to hear you found our site easy to use, our new site is bang up to date meaning really quick and easy navigation. All orders are always shipped complete*. If you can order it on our site, it means we have it in stock (unlike some competitor sites who accept orders for items they do not have in stock) this means you always get the full order in one package. *With the exception of some footwear that is shipped direct by a third party supplier.

“Excellent communication and speedy delivery. The only thing I would say is that the picture of the dress wasn't true to colour. The picture was a more vibrant blue so my daughter was a bit disappointed. Still a gorgeous garment though.”

Thanks for writing this review, really good to hear you are happy with our service. Whilst every effort is made to show the colors as true as possible on the site unfortunately there will sometimes be a difference due to various factors. Of course if you are not happy you are welcome to return the item using our free (U.K) returns service. It is worth noting that whilst we do acknowledge this issue it is very rare that we get a return due to color difference.

“I love all the clothes on this site but I can rarely afford them :( but when I found a gorgeous top for under £15 I just had to. The site is super easy to use and I completely trust it ^^ (Also I love the discounts they offer)”
