“This review would've been five stars if my package hadn't been delayed in being delivered. The dispatch was incredibly fast but unfortunately my parcel was rerouted and took a while to get to me. As for the actual item, it was very well packaged mug, it arrived in mint condition.. As for the item, not too large, not too small, beautiful and ideal for your witches 🧙🏼‍♀️ brew every morning.”

“Loved the look of two pairs of platform boots. Sadly just tottering around the house they were killing my feet. I bought a couple of different inner soles but still impossible to wear. Spent £259.49 on boots I cannot wear and now over 30 day return, gutted. Order reference 379519, any chance of a late return or credit note?”

“Product doesn’t work! I contacted you to send it back and you don’t get returns!!!!! Also the package took 8 days to arrive and when I called after 3 days, you told me it was arriving that day. I will never shop with you again.”

Whilst we welcome returns on nearly all products that we sell, however this does exclude most cosmetics including hair dye. This policy is very clearly outlined during the order process. We also note that your order was despatched 2 working days after receipt, well within the stated time for the standard shipping service you chose. If orders are needed quickly we offer several faster options that ensure a quicker delivery.

“Lunch bag is very good quality and exactly what I wanted (lots of compliments on it at work too!). I'm glad I didn't order it as a gift as the packaging was a mess. There was no padding in the packaging which might have lead to some of the damage to the box. Thankfully the bag inside appeared to have escaped fairly unscathed.”

Thank you for your review. We understand your comments regarding the packaging. As the item is not delicate the box it comes in is more for storage/ display purposes than to protect it. As the item itself is extremely unlikely to get damaged in the post we do not use any more packaging than is necessary.

“Shoes recieved quickly enough and Customer Service tends to be quite good. However, the platform of the right boot in my order is falling off after the second wear, leaving me deeply unsatisfied on quality, especially for the price. Ultimately I can't reccomend this service under that.”

There is a fault and we will want to help you get the matter resolved. We do not appear to have heard from you directly other than this review, so we will be in touch shortly. We sell a lot of footwear and this sort of issue is very rare.
