First of all the article was absolutely not true to size so I had to send it back. This was 3 weeks ago, still no money in sight and on their website it says it will be credited to your attitude account within 2 days after the returned goods were processed. In the mail I received saying that my return was processed (which also came super late) it all of a sudden said it will take another 10 days (!) for me to get the amount refunded! Sorry, but I can't call this a good service. I also paid right away and not after 3 or 4 weeks!!!

Sent back my ordered item as too small but returns seems to be complicated i only want a bigger size but have to wait for an email voucher so i can then re order new size..... Still waiting!!!

Hi Louise, I've just checked your order record and I can confirm that you have now been credited for the item you returned, so you can re-order the correct size whenever you're ready. This process has been a little complicated due to the fact that we do not offer an 'exchange' service and so in order for you to keep the promotional discount you received on your original order we've had do a little extra admin work behind the scenes. main gripe = if you have a disount code the free postage charge over £50 is relenqished, very mean.

Hi Caroline, We're very sorry you feel this way but as we already subsidise our postage costs we cannot afford to offer free postage and give discount at the same time. As with most online retailers, we can only accept one discount code per transaction and it's up to you to decide which is of most benefit to you. Kind regards, Aimee

All but one of the items arrived in good condition. However the item that didn't stunk of stale smoke and damp so that was very dissapointing! I think returned items need to be checked more thoroughly before they are sent out to customers.

Hi Laura, we are very sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. Please can you email sales@attitudeclothing.co.uk so that we can try and put things right for you. We have a very stringent returns policy and all returned items are checked thoroughly upon receipt so we are confused as to how this may have happened. UPDATE: We have since received this item back and can confirm that you were sent a brand new item and the odour you mistook for stale smoke is actually the smell left by the chemicals used in the 'washing' process during the manufacture of the item.

Very quick delivery but very poor quality glasses. They should have been checked before delivery as they were cracked around the frame and a screw was missing.

Didn't receive what the description stated & what I did received was damaged and unusable. One item I bought that looked good for a present just looks cheap but I guess you take your chance online. Really bad service regarding expecting a reply if you email Attitude if you have a problem

Hello.... I ordered a pvc purse with a bow on it.... You sent me the wrong purse.... It was matt pvc instead of shinny... I have returned the item but not yet heard any thing!!!

Only ordered my New Rocks from here as the page advertised 'order now in the next 2hours for free next day delivery' and I needed them quickly. Took a week to be delivered. I won't be ordering from here again.

Looks nothing like the picture. Longer fur. Thicker hair. And the white is not white, it's shiny silver so it looks extremely fake and tacky. Very very disappointed. Got it on sale but it's not worth even the sale price (let alone the full price!). Plus you need to pay for postage! Ridiculus. First and last time I'm ordering on this website.

I purchased a black/white sailor wiggle dress & found it to be poor quality. The pockets were also too low, therefore l will be returning it. I have also been dissapointed by the anchor hoop earrings as l believe the disscription missold these. Hoops should feature the design on both sides due to the way they sit on the ear. The design was only featured on one side. The other side looked cheap & poorly finished. Unfortunately these cannot be returned & l will not be wearing them. I will be keeping the Ladybird heels. These are better quality. Although they are on the large side. I don't think l will be purchasing from your site again as have found Tiger Milly & Miss Fortune products to be of better quality

Ordered 4 items using standard delivery, which should have been here with 3-5 days. It is now 2 weeks later and according to the website my order is still awaiting dispatch, yet when I emailed to ask about it someone told me it had been dispatched and had just missed scanning or something. Not happy with this at all, since the money has already been taken out of my account yet my items are not here.

I received a wrong item (their mistake, got size XS/S instead of M/L) and they don't have the right size in stock anymore. Now I have to pay the return postage to get money back for the wrong item. So I won't get my whole order... but I get to pay postage for nothing. :( Another little detail: an item described as "army wool coat" contained 0% wool. My advice: read the small print in the item descriptions and simply don't order from outside UK! (Only UK returns are free.)

The shoes I ordered (Macbeths) were slightly battered with a stain on the front upon opening. The stain washed out but if i hadn't of needed them for the following day I would of definitely returned them.

My parcel was sent via yodel and was late. I will have to send items back now as they are not needed. Very poor and puts a bad name on Internet shopping

I can not write a review as my items didn't arrive and still haven't arrived but the customer service skills are good in letting me know why but the manager not being able to give any gesture of good will to prove that they are sorry was disappointing as they have just seemed to go with just wait for your delivery and not offer anything in return so when I order again and if it happens again I will not return to this site

Your order was despatched straight away from our warehouse. The order was shipped using the free delivery option for which the delivery time will take a little longer than our express services. At the time of this review the delivery had not arrived, however it was within the advertised period that we state for the free delivery option. We are pleased to say that the delivery arrived the day after this review.
