“Leggings arrived with multiple holes in, very creased and look like they’d already been worn. Contacted customer services who said I have to pay to return them and I could be refunded if deemed ‘refundable’. I didn’t have time to waste going to the post office and attempting a swap when I needed them for an event sooner. I’ve since seen all the holes up. Definitely wouldn’t order anything else, I’m really disappointed as there was a few other items I liked but not chancing it.”

“I did not believe my order would be delivered, especially considering I had seen some bad reviews online after I had already ordered :,). Thankfully not only did it arrive and in perfect condition (I had ordered two bottles of hair dye) but it arrived very soon, about two weeks after I had ordered, and considering I live in Serbia this was a long voyage :,,)). Thank you so much for being helpful and providing me with information in record time when I sent the staff an email!!! Can’t wait to try out the hair dye, thanks again!”

“After making several purchases. I was then emailed telling me one item wasn't available this item had a delivery charge for it, I was refunded the price of the item but not delivery. Emailed them regarding this nobody got back to me not happy. Why have products on your website if not available?”
