“Communication is poor, not very sympathetic to customers even though the order is almost a month late. Emails almost sound annoyed to have to answer customers. Won’t buy from here again :/”

“Took quite a while to get here but I'm assuming it would be different without corona. Good quality shoes and they were nicely packed, shopping was easy and tracking the parcel was also easy.”

“The boots I ordered took way longer to arrive than they said they would and I've only worn the boots a few times and they're already falling apart!!! I payed £120 for these shoes and now I feel like I wasted my money”
