“The boots came very well packaged and in quick time aswell. The boots themselves are beautiful and just like the pictures, definitely will be ordering from attitude clothing again :)”

“Bought these shoes as a gift for my daughter who desperately wanted them - and they didn't disappoint! Friendly customer service when I enquired about delivery. They arrived promptly and fitted her perfectly. She is very happy with them, although she needs a little while to get used to walking in them!”

“Website was easy to use, was offered a discount for the item. Was kept up to date at every stage where our order was, even down to when royal mail would deliver. Was all well packed and arrived early and the item was exactly as described, very pleased all round :)”

“Was happy with the pants I received, but my shipping was longer than i expected (three weeks) with expedited shipping, and I reached out twice for clarification and didn't receive any response. I ended up finding a tracking number that says it was added to my order the day before it arrived, (again, 3 weeks after i had placed the order) but got no reply from support saying they had added a tracking number, although it said to expect a response in 48 hours. Spending 130$ on pants and having no number or estimated arrival date is pretty nerve-wracking and it made me wonder if my pants were going to arrive at all. Otherwise, I was happy with my purchase and relieved when they were in my mailbox.”

Thank you for your review. We apologise that you did not receive the tracking details, these usually are e-mailed at the time of despatch. The shipping option you selected was the standard shipping, not expedited. (At present we only offer the one service to your country). We are sorry the service did not meet your expectations but are pleased all is well not the parcel has arrived.

We are very sorry your order is taking longer than expected, we did ship straight away unfortunately some order to E.U countries are taking a bit longer due to the new requirements since Brexit.

“You are getting better, but I haven't had to return an item again yet, I was so disappointed with the attitude my mother got last year, it was disgusting, and I vowed to never shop with you again I also sent an email to complain about that treatment. Which I can only assume fell on deaf ears as I never received a reply to it . If it wasn't for the fact I really wanted this top and you were the only place I could get in the UK , I probably would not have ordered from you. So I don't know if your customer service is any better, but for this delivery was prompt and the item that was an outside brand was as expected.”
